Lifting weights to build muscle and help with weight loss? - weight
Well, I think to start a diet / exercise routine, and I heard that if you lift weights and build some muscle in the first place to burn calories faster and more efficiently. We have an elliptical, so I do not have that heart, and I think my mother has a small weight hung by one arm. For someone who has never done this kind of exercise, what weight should be with, in my training, how long and how often? I estimate 15 to about 40 pounds overweight for my height and any advice!
