Does Japan recognize gay marriages performed in other nations? - gay japan blogspot

I have several items as follows:
http://www.advocate.com/News/Daily_News/ ...
indicates that the answer is yes.

but not on Wikipedia.

On Wikipedia, which is not the countries where gay marriage is "approved lists ".....
Japan is not on this list.

I know that Wikipedia has its flaws, in 99% of cases are known to be exact.

My reading is on the clip that Japan recognizes the legal gay marriage if it is based out outside of Japan, and the department is preparing a certificate to that effect. As far as we know, it could now finished. Wiki can be a little behind in reporting. The next step should now be allowed to marry in Japan
